平素より当社の川下りをご利用いただき、誠にありがとうございます。
このたび当社では、より質の高い川下り体験を安定的に提供し続けるため、
2026年4月1日より料金を改定させていただくこととなりました。
近年、物価や人件費の上昇が続く中、当社では単なるコスト対応ではなく、
「柳川らしい価値ある体験」をさらに高めるための投資を進めております。
具体的には、船頭の育成・接客品質の向上、運航体制の強化、混雑時でも快適にご利用いただける環境整備などに取り組んでおります。
今回の改定は、これらの取り組みを継続し、お客様により満足度の高い体験をお届けするためのものです。
なお、新料金の詳細につきましては、添付の一覧表をご確認ください。
2026年4月1日以降のご予約に関しましては、新価格を適応いたしますのでご案内申し上げます。
今後も、柳川の伝統文化を守りながら、ここでしか味わえない体験の提供に努めてまいります。

We would like to inform you that, in order to continue providing a consistently high-quality river cruise experience,
we will be revising our boarding fees effective April 1, 2026.
In recent years, as prices and labor costs have continued to rise, we have not simply responded by cutting costs,
but have instead been investing in enhancing the “uniquely Yanagawa experience” that we offer.
Specifically, we are working on improving the training of our boat operators and the quality of customer service,
strengthening our operational structure, and developing an environment that ensures a comfortable experience even during busy periods.
This revision has been made to allow us to continue these efforts and to deliver an even more satisfying experience to our customers.
For details of the new pricing, please refer to the attached price list. Please note that reservations made on or after April 1, 2026 will be subject to the new rates.
We will continue striving to preserve the traditional culture of Yanagawa while providing a one-of-a-kind experience that can only be enjoyed here.
